Dr. Trinka : Guiding Minds to Success

Trinka Arora, a seasoned Consultant Clinical Psychologist, has been an integral part of Max Super Speciality Hospital in Saket since 2008, and more recently at Chitrakut Multi-Speciality Clinic in Faridabad. With a rich background spanning two decades, Trinka brings extensive expertise in addressing diverse psychological issues encountered in everyday life.

Trinka's academic journey includes acquiring Bachelor's, Master's, and M.Phil degrees in Clinical Psychology, complemented by certification from the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Actively engaged as a member of the Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists, her professional foundation lies in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).

Her extensive professional experience encompasses esteemed institutions like Lok Nayak Hospital, Banarsidas Chandiwala Centre for Psychological Research, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, and Vidyasagar Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (VIMHANS). Over the years, Trinka has adeptly provided psychotherapy and counseling to individuals across various age groups, addressing concerns ranging from academic challenges, childhood disorders, depression, and anxiety to emotional regulation, self-esteem, confidence issues, anger, work-related stress, and relationship difficulties.

Her contribution extends beyond individual therapy sessions; she has played a pivotal role in resolving family and marital issues, actively participating in antenatal programs to support couples during the transition to parenthood. Not confined to clinical practice, Trinka also dedicates herself to mentoring Bachelor's and Master's students in psychology during their internships, sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience.

Dr. Deepti Singh:

Dr. Deepti Singh is an esteemed professional specializing in Pediatrics, Neonatology, Nephrology, and Pediatric Surgery. With an MD in Pediatrics from GSVM Medical College, Kanpur, she boasts extensive expertise and credentials in the field of pediatric healthcare. Graduating with honors in MBBS from the same institution in 1987, she continued her pursuit of excellence, completing her MD in Pediatrics in 1991. Dr. Singh has contributed her skills as a Consultant at Kamla Nehru Memorial Hospital, Allahabad, and St. Stephens Hospital, Delhi, before joining Batra Hospital as a Senior Consultant since October 2003. Her commitment extends to providing emergency care, ensuring swift and effective medical attention whenever required. Dr. Deepti Singh's vast experience and dedication significantly enrich the realm of pediatric healthcare.

Meet Meena Khanna:

Meena Khanna, a pioneering figure in pediatric intervention, is not only the founder of the Myra Foundation and the MD of Kaleidoscope but also serves as the Headmistress and content writer for foundation stages at Manav Rachna International School. Armed with an MA in Psychology and specialized diplomas in Child Psychology, Meena has dedicated close to two decades to empowering children to unlock their full potential.

Her role as the Headmistress and content writer for foundation stages at Manav Rachna International School showcases her commitment to shaping early education. Her expertise spans remedial training, school readiness skills, personalized education plans (IEPs), curriculum modification, and effective behavior modification programs. Meena's unwavering dedication to teaching and her profound commitment to children with diverse needs have earned her widespread admiration and made her a highly respected figure in the educational community.
